◆Indicator light of power supply (POWER, green light): light at normal status
◆ V.35 interface status indicator light (V35W, green light): light when V.35 interface normally works; twinkle when V.35 interface of this equipment loopbacks
◆ E1 interface status indicator light (E1W, green light): light when E1 interface normally works; twinkle when E1 interface of this equipment loopbacks
◆ V.35 transmission indicator light (VTD, green light): twinkle when V.35 interface transmits data
◆ V.35 receiving indicator light (VRD, green light): twinkle when V.35 interface receives data
◆ System status indicator light (STATU, green light): always light when the system is under the control of network management; twinkle when the terminal-to-terminal equipment E1 or V35 interface is in the loopback status
◆ System working indicator light (RUN, green light): twinkle when the system normally works
◆ Terminal-to-terminal alarm indicator light (RA, yellow light): light when the terminal-to-terminal E1 receiving signal synchronously loses
◆Clock phase selection, dial switch 1: the clock is the normal phase when ON; the clock is the reversed phase when OFF
◆Clock selection, dial switch 2: the clock is the restored clock when ON; the clock is the local clock when OFF
The user can judge and understand whether the equipment link is in the normal status or not according to the instructions of indicator light of front panel, which can make the user conveniently install and maintain.

Parameter setting mode: the selection configuration parameter is set by dial switch or network management software
CRC selection: whether the selection of framing E1 supports CRC inspection or not.
E1 mode selection: select the transparent E1 mode or framing E1.
Receiving clock edge selection: namely phase selection.
TC transmission clock source selection : select restored clock or internal clock. ETC clock source is selected by the self-adapting mode combining with dial/network management
When there’s clock on ETC pin, the equipment uses ETC sampling data TD; when there’s not clock on ETC pin, the equipment uses TC sampling data TD. TC clock source is selected by dial/network management. The clock edge used for sampling data TD is automatically adapted through the equipment.
E1 time slot selection: select the time slot of service transmission.
SA bit selection: select SA bit occupied by the network management channel of remote terminal equipment.
Notes: only when the local and remote terminal equipments are set as the framing E1 and select the same SA bit, it is effective to the remote terminal network management.
When the default configuration is CRC, select prohibition, SA bit selects SA4 and SA5, and other parameters are set by the dial switch. |
